Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition received (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). 

NOTE: NO RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE ISSUED. You are responsible for the return shipping. Sweet Soul will ship exchange item(s) back to customer for free. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/color.
